Great hotel. The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed the wine testing. The location is superb. We didn't even use public transport. The room is equipped with everything you need. I was bringing my sister to the hotel to celebrate her 70th birthday. From the moment we spoke to the lovely staff at reception to the moment we departed we were overwhelmed by the customer service the staff gave us. We experienced High Tea and again the service from the lovely staff was impeccable and the food was absolutely beautifully presented and lovely and fresh.
