Great location right across the road from the Heitzing U-bahn and just down the road from the Penzing Train station. The beautiful Schonbrunn palace is just across the road too. The hotel is beautiful and modern. We stayed in the "comfy" room situated upstairs. We were provided our unique access code for the keypad (everything is contactless) and if you need to contact the staff, they are just a message away. Communication is super easy and they reply almost instantly! The room came equipped with a nespresso machine, a kettle, a bar fridge, and a big Samsung TV. A modern electronic tablet on the wall controls the functions of the room e.g. aircon controls, light switches. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom lovely as well with an awesome shower. We were also graciously allowed to have a slightly later check-out. Thank you Sissi West team for a lovely stay, we hope to be back again soon!!

Europahaus Wien offers a quiet location in a 6-hectare park in the western part of Vienna, next to the baroque Palace Miller-Aichholz and the Orangery. We arrived to Vienna in the Morning and we could leave our car in the car park. The staff was nice, check in was easy and fast. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. There were coffee and tea in the room. The location is good, 30 mins from Schönbrunn, the bus station is only 2 mins from the Hotel. I really recommend this place to everyone.
