We arrived late and although the reception is not 24/7 we were able to get the key from a post box on the main door. Everything was explained in an email I received when stating I was going to arrive late. The room was exceptionally clean and fair size. Good connection to the main roads.

The property was perfectly located 10 minutes outside Innsbruck. The views were incredible waking up to each morning. The hospitality was top notch. We even got super lucky over thanksgiving and it snowed the last two nights!!
