Pool place is nice, prices and food also ok, located quite near metro Khalifa and also City walk and Green planet, just near Coca cola arena. Staff was very nice, room is not very big but ok. They have also free shuttle bus to Dubai mall and some other places.

Le Leva Hotel and Suites, Opposite Downtown se trouve à proximité du centre-ville de Dubaï. Hôtel décoré avec goût. Très bonne ambiance dans la salle du déjeuner grâce à une équipe dynamique et charmante. Personnel très sympa à la réception et à l'étage. Mention pour Moustapha à la réception pour son amabilité et son professionnalisme. Toute l'équipe est au top et nous a aidés à retrouver un téléphone oublié dans un taxi. Un grand merci à elle. Agence de vente de tickets très sympa grâce à une jeune femme très disponible, professionnelle et super souriante Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Salle de bain de grande taille. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Offrant une vue magnifique sur Burj Khalifa, l’établissement Villa Rotana jouit d'un emplacement stratégique sur la Sheikh Zayed Road, permettant un accès facile au centre commercial Dubai Mall. We stayed 8 nights at the hotel,amazing kind and charming staff like no other who helped and assisted at any given moment,outstanding managment. We used the kitchnette in the room that looked at the direction of the Burj Kalifa. A huge supermarket two minutes from the hotel and a great Turkish restaurant next to it. The hotel is located between two metro stations,allows for easy movement along the roads in Dubai,we purchased a nol card and charged it whenever we wanted. The choice of the hotel for us was excellent.We will return to the same place one more time. tip: I chose a hotel that gives a family feeling. Thanks to the all team in VillaRotana !!!!!

Everything was perfect we had great times with our kids especially the pool at the property the kids had so much fun swimming at the pool and the view is so amazing, I really recommended to everyone to book at fam living apartments..and special thanks to Abdalraheem for assisting us all the time..
