It's a beautiful guest house, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is really nice. It's reasonably close to the city. Great for a nice night's sleep, which is what we did.

The location was really convenient for the event we were going to in Matangi but also within easy driving distance to Hamilton. A very generous continental breakfast was included, and we really appreciated the variety of cereals and spreads. I stayed in the Hobbit House which is really cute - and really warm with all the bedding provided (I didn't need the heater). The property is modern and ultra-comfortable, which we liked. John and Julie were very helpful hosts. I'd be happy to stay there again, and my friends also.

I found the tropical theme cute. The bed was comfortable. I was happy to find plunger coffee available. Wifi is available and easy to use. A discovery i made after eating peanut butter and honey on toast was that there is spaghetti or tinned fruit in the cupboard should you prefer that.
