Prior to arriving we sent an E mail requesting one of their rooms with a view if it became available. The hotel got us one of the rooms and upgraded us free of charge. There are 3 reception staff and each and every one of them were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Likewise with the staff that served breakfast. The view from our hotel room was stunning and the location is exceptional. This was our first visit to Italy and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. We would highly recommend it. Great value. We had an amazing holiday

Lakeside location was very pleasant. Room at the side of the hotel was close to the adjacent building making it a bit claustrophobic. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Hot tub on the roof was great and waiter service to bring drinks up there while lounging in the sun. Pool was decent. Free bike hire was an excellent bonus - great for exploring the area. Quiet area. Food Was decent with generous portions.
