The room was also really quiet, so often hotels are located on busy roads. Dinner was excellent, i can't eat potatoes and the dish i picked contained potatoes however the chief happily adapted the recipe to produce a really tasty curry without any potato- greatly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and cheerful, happy in their work which is such a tonic.

We would have liked to have gone for a walk after dinner but the hotel location was such that there was nowhere to walk but that's a minor point. The food and service at dinner was very good and the breakfast was the usual selection of hot and cold items. A small electrical problem was addressed promptly and with a minimum of fuss.
