Breakfast and choice was great. Location spot on central for a great shopping experience. Any one travelling by train is on the doorstep not that you hear any trains. All in all a great hotel and staff so friendly.
Would definitely stay again.

ALL staff: housekeeping, reception, waiting and chefs are very helpful, friendly and efficient and it was great to see some young waiting staff who were also full of fun
Beautiful location
There's a little patio to sit on in front of a spacious well proportioned bedroom with a large well fitted shower room with gorgeous products
From the hand wash & hand lotion to the shampoo & conditioner and the body wash everything matches in fragrance and great quality
The large variety of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits in the room are also of very good quality
Each room, of the garden rooms is divided by some planters filled with colourful, fragrant and beautiful flowers and shrubs
Sitting outside on one of the chairs looking at the beautiful old church I felt like I was sitting outside my own little cottage
The birdsong added to the lovely overall ambience of the place
The breakfast choice was vast, but again great quality throughout
Everything tasted fresh, home cooked and delicious 😋
A few worthy mentions: there's a choice of scrambled, poached or fried with the full English, all pastries are made with butter
And there's dairy milk alternatives, including oatmilk & decaffeinated tea and coffee available both in the restaurant and guest rooms
Photos and descriptions didn't do it justice!

Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to spend time with family. We did have lunch at The Broadway Hotel. Food excellent. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great space for night life, cafes and restaurants - people mostly are passive aggressive customer service is really bad overall in most shops / establishments i visited. Example Timpson's and The community chairty furniture shop, they were so rude and so were the hosts in restaurants. But would highly recommend the Culvino Lounge 1000% top nottch customer service :-) The rest

The setting of the hotel was lovely.
The setting of the hotel was lovely. It was also in a good location to access other local towns. Letchworth Town centre is lovely. Plenty of eateries, so many choices. Friendly locals. Great charity shops and plenty of them.

Amazing location, staff and facilities. The late checkout was really appreciated as I didn't have to be at work until the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again

This is an old and scruffy hotel.
This is an old and scruffy hotel. The staff are not trained and are rude and unhelpful.
This hotel needs a professional manager to instil some discipline and training. I'm not surprised that we got a room when all the other hotels and pubs in the area were booked.
well situated for Letchworth town , parking available on site, had a family room one double and a single, not much space left in room, good size bathroom, plenty hot water, bath with shower above but on side wall , so not practical.
had problems first night with rattling windows and leaking radiator. but a few wedges and a spanner fixed for next night,
did not eat in hotel so no comment
The included access to the Nuffield Health Centre is just excellent - a large swimming pool with lane swimming and a sauna & steam room were much appreciated after a long drive. The opening hours are also long, enabling even an early morning swim too..
The welcome was good, the old part of the hotel is charming. A nice terrace to sit & have a drink + picnic benches.
Everything really. The location and the building itself are perfect. All of the staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful, even during busy times. Food (when I ate there) was very nice, kind of place you go back to to eat, even if you're not staying there. Definitely one of my top places to stay, and I basically live in hotels because of work.
Location was great for cafés, restaurants and bars. Also it was 2 minutes from the train station. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was excellent value for money and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking. Black out blinds in the room. I would definitely recommend.
The staff were very friendly, the setting wonderful, The Fox pub did great food. Decor of the room was wonderful. Comfy bed (but see below). Very dog friendly in the bar. Great walks from the door for the dog. Lots of parking. Can charge a car if needed at a BP Pulse at the hotel Mecure 10 mins away.
Super helpful (Frank? ) got us out of a pickle when we needed somewhere to eat dinner at short notice (great recommendation!) Beautiful interesting decor. Lovely relaxing palette of colours. And one of the best hotel breakfasts I think I’ve eaten. Will definitely be back.
Everything was perfect. Reception staff were incredible nice, I booked a standard double room and actually was upgraded my room, so it was a lovely surprise ☺️Dinner and breakfast was great and plenty! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again, Anett
The hotel is centrally located with a large free car park. The dinner menu included old favourites and some interesting specialities. The food was delicious. Breakfast was excellent and served at the table. Highly recommended.
Hotel was clean and well furnished. Room was lovely, just enough space for us both. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Bed was good size and very comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good overnight stay
Lovely location, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There is a health centre adjoined the hotel which is very good, although the pool times for children is quite restrictive.
Friendliness of staff and convenience of staying in the hotel that hosted the wedding. Lovely to access use of the room after reception without need to travel.
Very comfortable mattress and good nights sleep.
Good rooms. Excellent staff doing their best to serve the 'crowds' for Sunday lunch. This was a very nice lunch actually. So a bit of a hassle for a hotel resident. BUT excellent staff
Parkland setting. Comfortable room. Happy efficient staff. Swimming pool and steam room. Good breakfast . Dog friendly . Dinner was surprisingly good for chain hotel
Available for date required in location required at price can afford. Very tasty food offered in bar area. Bed comfy. Nice town to walk around in. On-site parking
