Fantastic hotel, warm and welcoming reception, beautiful views at night with all the lights on the river out on the patio, staff were super helpful and friendly, room was cozy and comfy, with a fridge, hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board, tea n coffee, you also have control of the room temp/air con, breakfast was also delicious, we came for a concert at the Ovo hydro so it was right on the doorstep, I Will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend
