Jardin Massey is beautiful, museum of the Hussards attached.
Jardin Massey is beautiful, museum of the Hussards attached. The markets are still large, lively and varied. Concerts and themed weeks such as Tango or horse festivals makes it an interesting destination. There are parts of Tarbes more attractive than others so plan your trip!

The garden is quite extraordinary...
The garden is quite extraordinary... In contrast with a very bleak city. Good only because it's quite close to some interesting spots in the mountains and far enugh to avoid premium touristic fares. We found an awesome small restaurant though (and I'm french myself from the countryside - I actually know what genuinely good food is like!). No longer have its name sorry.GillesIreland

I had a suite of rooms that were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Christine, the hostess was so very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful.
