The property was beautiful, high ceilings, large, bright and airy. It was beautifully decorated and loved the windows opening to get a nice breeze through the apartment. Alina and Pierre were lovely to deal with and met us on arrival and showed us around. We were a family of 4, 7 and 9yr olds- the fold down sofa was really comfortable and the apartment was plenty big enough to not have to worry about putting the bed up and down each day. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. It was right in the heart of Pezenas- location was perfect.

Lovely old town, cobbled streets, lots of shops selling individual items, restaurants and bars. Beautiful, historic buildings. Fabulous extensive market held every Saturday selling local produce, clothes, wine etc. Very friendly people, easy to walk around.

Amazing historic town full of narrow alleyways.
Amazing historic town full of narrow alleyways. Like a set from Harry Potter!
Easy to drive to coastal villages. Recommend Marseillan and Meze for charming ports and seafood.
It was harder than expected to find good places to eat in the evening, but maybe this was due to it being end of season.
Recommend La Pomme D’Amour and Italian restaurant Le Pezenas but not the ones in by the car park as you arrive.
Good for little antique shops but the twice yearly Antique Fair/ Brocante was extremely overpriced for carboot type items!

Pezenas is all about the old town and the artisans that occupy the labyrinth of ancient streets oozing with history and charm. We happened to chance upon a three day celebration of Moliere and the 17th century which was a colourful and busy celebration through singing, music, theatre, food and wine from the region.

The main building was dirty and dingy, heavily stained carpets in the reception and room entry points. We booked a suite but had to go back to reception and ask for an alternative suite or room, if they hadn’t had one we would have left and took our chances to find somewhere else.

Pezenas is a small historic town with narrow cobbled streets...
Pezenas is a small historic town with narrow cobbled streets and small squares with pretty water fountains. The buildings are tall, yellow stone with pretty shutters and beautiful ancient doors. There is plenty of choice to eat in friendly cafes and restaurants and lots of ice cream stalls. A bus station provides a good service for excursions but we chose to stay locally.
There were so many things to like about this property. Laure is an exceptional host. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast is light, but lovely. Laure’s family ifs beautiful and welcoming and her staff is great! It was great to be able to prepare a light dinner and enjoy it on the patio. Laure went above and beyond even taking us to the bus the day we left since taxis are very hard to come by.
the location is excellent, very close to the square and many restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet building. Mark has done a fabulous job of furnishing and decorating the place and it was very clean. it has a very comfortable living area and the kitchen is well stocked. Mark was easy to deal with and provided numerous recommendations for restaurants and activities in and around Pezenas.
Excellent location - very quiet, 3 mins walk from the car park - you can't park at the property but there is a free town car park nearby. Spar just around the corner and 3 supermarkets a few minutes drive away. Very comfy beds, very clean - everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Pezenas is a really lovely historic town to stay in. We have family nearby and would definitely book this if we visit again.
A good location near the market and heart of town. The historic old town is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are many good restaurant and cafe options near by. Good parking is available nearby for E3.50 a night and the car park is easy to find and handy to the motorway. Wifi was good. The host was very pleasant and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival.
Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had in France - saved eating lunch! Ask for a room on 2nd floor, 3rd floor rooms have high windows and little charm. Very close to access the old town and surrounded by lots of restaurants. An elevator was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has obviously seen better days but good value.
We had a huge double room for 4 people, it was great, fit our needs well. It was clean and nice. Nice location, there's a huge public paid parking lot just in front, cheaper than the hotel parking and closer to the facilities. Our room had a cute balcony. The hotel is historic and has a nice ambiance.
The studio was impeccable. It was well appointed and warm. The decor was fresh and modern but kept the character of the building with exposed stone walls. The location was perfect near a little park and right in the centre of the town .We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.
Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, attentive. The tranquil setting, pool and gorgeous building created an amazing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff arranged dining at the adjoining restaurant as well as at a lovely spot in the nearby town of Pezenas. We did a day trip to Carcassonne.
The hotel is very convenient to the charming town of Pézenas via the footbridge. It is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The pool was a delight, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was huge, much larger than we expected with a small kitchen.
Great location in the historic centre of Pezenas but not noisy.
Bedroom was spacious with well equipped kitchen/living area.
Great to have toiletries and a few coffee pods to begin with.
Clean and well maintained property.
I liked everything about our stay. The host is extremely nice and helpful.
The place is exceptional! Beautiful Hôtel Particulier, with well preserved old elements and all up to date comfort for a special stay in Pezenas.
Very close to motorway. Very convenient to stop overnight. Hotel had everything what we need and also had secured parking which we liked. Delicious breakfast in the morning with the best croissants.
A quiet Maison in a charming town of the South of France. If you like privacy while being immersed in the authentic way of life of yesteryear nobility, this is the place you have been looking for!
The hotel was in the perfect location to visit the beautiful town of Pezenas, the room was well maintained and the staff were polite, very helpful and always had a smile on their face.
Perfect location for visiting the historic section of Pezenas. Easy parking, quiet. Very comfortable apartment and lovely hosts. Highly recommended for two or more nights.
A sympathetically restored religious building that exudes heritage and charm. A great find for us to get a taste of ancient France in a beautiful village.
