Clean. Recently updated, very tastefully done. Fridge (very small but better than none) in room a real plus and a surprise.

The hotel is in a quiet location on a regular bus route into Rennes.
The room and en-suite are large but have no frills.
Had a twin room with comfy beds. On 5 floors with two excellent lifts.
Breakfast is a good, continental breakfast.
Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Wi-fi was good too, able to easily stream tv programmes.
Nearest metro is Atlalante. Only a 10 minute walk. Metro is very frequent and inexpensive for a day ticket (Never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a train).
5 minutes walk to the park. Plenty of parking at the hotel too.
Intermarche 2 minutes across the road.
The staff were excellent especially the lady who served a wonderful breakfast spread the following morning. Loads of choices of cold or hot food. She even cleaned the tables and chairs while attending the food . Excellent to see this attention to detail. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
really nice apartment with all needed equipment, also the size of the room and bathroom was perfect for us, location is really quiet and pleasant, many parking places available behind the barrier, big opening windows (with curtains) and much light in the room is quite extraordinary in hotels :)
Very Friendly staff, basic accommodation but very well presented, a very clean hotel that superseded expectation. Superb value for money. Safe and secure location too. Pizza and burger restaurant next door was excellent too.

We arrived around 2 at night so only spend the night in the hotel. The quality of the room was very good conpared to the cheap price. We visited saint malo while staying at the this hotel.
We got an upgrade on the hotel room which was huge and very comfortable. Big selection at the breakfast, location was next to the highway and therefore perfect for stop over
We were given a room upgrade (privilege unless I am mistaken) and we did have a big room and a massive bed... BUT... the room and the entire hotel are dated.
