The location is excellent, a pretty Villa set back from the main road and only 2 streets away from the lovely village and sea front. A bright and light filled Villa with everything you could want for a holiday, and welcoming friendly hosts who showed us how to work appliances, we were so pleased with everything. We could even get BBC news channel on TV. WiFi was excellent, which is important. We would definitely recommend and hope to return. Wish we had stayed longer.

Very friendly landlord, house is quite central in a small town Brehal close to Grandville. We made visits to St. Michael (south) , Cherbourg (north) and Omaha beach (north east), 1,5h/100km by car from Brehal. Almost not a single sound in the night at the house. House was clear, clean and quite roomy. Beach is 4,5km away - and some 30m down the hill.

We booked this hotel very late in the evening as our ‘maison de vacancies’ was so terrible, we refused to stay there! So we literally searched in desperation for any available room which allows dogs! We didn’t need anything fancy, but unlike the maison de vacances, there were no spiders, dead flies, months worth of dust, ivy growing through the window frames into the inside of the property or worst of all the incredibly strong damp/mould smell. This hotel was immaculately clean, nice decor - nothing fancy, but just tasteful. The staff were friendly. A simple but nice continental breakfast in the morning. We were visiting the area on a photography trip. Unfortunately we could only stay here for the first night of our 3 night trip as they were fully booked - but we’re grateful we could book at such short notice, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if we’re in the area again - high chance we will be one day!
