Breakfast was nice, fresh products, mostly sweets. Since there is not many other options around I think it's just fine for the start of the day. There's also a lot of coffee or tea, whatever you prefer. Location is also just amazing for a beautiful walk in the nature, meander and sheeps are just 2-3 minutes away (walking distance!) and you can walk through the nature all the way to the Mont Saint Michel. Also, the host is really nice, ready to help, welcoming. When we checked out she also let us park the car and continue hiking around.

We had a fantastic experience here. The accommodation, which has been carefully renovated from an old farmhouse for a long time, was so clean and comfortable, and the scenery of the beautifully decorated garden was so nice. The breakfast made with ingredients collected from the surroundings was wonderful and delicious. The welcome when we arrived, the tour guide and helped us a lot during our stay, and the sunset on the hillside after we took a walk together was perfect. I was so looking forward to staying in one of the quiet cottages in a garden setting as shown in the pictures of my booking. However I was put in a tiny room in the main hotel with a view of a busy road. It was smelly with cooking smells so I had to open the outside doors with the sound of traffic all night. The music from the restaurant downstairs came through the floor. They did turn the volume down when I asked. The advertised pictures are very misleading. There should be an option to guarantee a cottage when booking. I paid an inflated weekend price for a very mediocre room that was noisy. The rest of the hotel is very nice. I was able to store my bike in a shed.

The family room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and everything was clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. There's a pretty garden in the rear with tables and chairs where we ate our dinner as we had some trouble getting a table at the nearby restaurants. There are plenty of take away options close by. It was a short walk to the train station where we arrived and took the bus to Mont Saint Michel. It's also not far from the laundromat and a lovely old church. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
