The property was spotlessly clean with a very well kept yard. The host kept bringing us fresh fruits daily from his own orchard. The location was big enough to accommodate 3 families. We were always driving to our destinations so distances were never an issue, but still location is very conveniently close.to Sarande and Xamil lovely beaches and not very far for a day trip to Girokaster. The property was furbished as a typical balkanic rural location so people looking for modern furniture and appliances should probably look elsewhere, but we would for sure return anytime for the warmness of the host, cleanliness and overall nice experience. PS: grilling fresh fish and seafood on the big outside grill was also an awesome experience

A great place to relax and explore the Albanian riviera. The houses are individually designed with great view and privacy. Remarkable. Super-sized apartment with every facility imaginable. Margarita speaks no English but is charming and uses Google Translate perfectly, plus her daughter speaks good English. Great and inexpensive restaurant across the road. 15 minutes from the Blue Eye and a few minutes from the Monastery. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a very nice stay at this little hotel. The facilities are new and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were both a good size. Despite the location being next to the road, it was quiet and peaceful.
