Between Spalding and Market Deeping, St Nicholas House is an 18th-century manor house in the Lincolnshire countryside. Paul seems to really enjoy cooking up a good start to your day and his lady wife and granddaughter were super helpful and pleasant. The diningroom is spectacular! Make sure you check out the plasterwork in the ceiling! We loved our room. It was huge and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was massive. Good water pressure in the shower. The view overlooking the garden was great to wake up to. That and Pepsi the big black lab. But the best thing was the location. It was easy access to everything we wanted to see plus. a handy petrol station just up the road. Lots of on-site parking and the entrance is well marked so there's no trouble finding the place in the dark.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Runway Cottage, it was very clean and tidy, lovely grounds very well kept, Michelle was very welcoming, we will definitely return next year

Priory House is a Grade II listed Georgian country house set in 1.5 acres of walled gardens, offering luxurious, individually furnished rooms and unique self-catering accommodation amongst scenic Lincolnshire countryside. I stayed here with my wife and son. The owners are wonderful people. Very kind and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and even left a note on the table for us when we were out, which was helpful and sweet. The cottage is extremely good value for money and the decor is exceptional. Honestly a beautiful place to stay hosted by fantastic people.
