The staff is fantastic, alert and always ready to help. They give you the best sightseeing and food recommendations the moment you arrive. We asked about the trip to Ha Long Bay and they organized it for us too. The rooms are well-equipped and tidy. There were many breakfast options also vegetarian, fresh juice, fruit etc. Everything was fresh and tasty. Close to many sightseeing locations. Been opened for less than a year, the room and furnishings look very new and rooms away from facing the road was very quiet and allowed to enjoy our sleep peacefully. Kudos to the team, Mr Dior and few other staff including the chatty and friendly parttime student, whom made our stay an even more enjoyable one, helping and recommending us with resturant and reservation.
