The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very idyllic and traditional. It is highly recommended!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute, cozy little room with a beautiful view of the city and the port. The hosts were helpful and responsive. You can walk to town from the room either down the road, or via a short cut that one of the hosts will gladly point out to you. Be warned though that it is rather steep and has some loose rocks. One note of caution: the walls were somewhat thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm going off for about an hour from 5-6AM. Bring earplugs!

The location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and the sea and port but just behind so very peaceful. Undercover parking for the car was excellent considering the heat.The hosts mother met us with the keys and showed us how everything worked and was very helpful and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with local goodies including a large pot of honey and bread and cold cuts of meat etc.Everything looked very new and clean and well thought out. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with bottled water and plenty of working appliances (kettle/toaster etc}. All the bedrooms had air-conditioning with lovely bed linen and well fitting windows with metal screens to stop bugs. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and showers worked well. A washing machine was supplied. We booked and prepaid for four nights based on boat schedules on the internet. When we arrived on Kea we found the boat we had planned to take, to catch our plane at Athen's airport, did not exist so we had to cancel our last night and leave early. We informed our host as soon as possible and he agreed to refund us half of the last days charge and we could stay in the property until the evening (check out time normally 11am) when we caught the last ferry. Which we thought was fair.

The place is very quiet and the house is just amazing. Beds are very comfortable and you can also relax on the terrace enjoying the countryside around you. I enjoyed the SILENCE around us. Nadia, the owner was also very nice and gave us several advice on restaurants, beaches, shops. Kea island is not famous as islands in the Cyclade but it is really a nice island when you want to avoid crowds.

Everything is amazing. it is a three level property, ground floor has a very cozy livingroom with kitchen and WC, a gorgeous balcony with amazing views of Ioulida , the sea and sunset. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom and the under level has a huge bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two couples may have their privacy. Decoration cleaningness and the hostess were superb. it’s highly recommended property for staying some steps away from Ioulida and with central location to visit the whole island. Private parking is available as well which is quite a problem if you would like to visit the Chora of Kea.
