We loved the location - it was a bit on the outskirts of Leeds yet close enough to be able to enjoy the city without having to drive too far. Parking was close to the building we stayed in and the space we rented was very nice and well equipped. Prior posts mentioned the dogs and the noise. I actually really liked the dogs and the few I encountered were very sweet.

Excellent location - just a short walk through the park at the rear of the property which was much better than walking on the main road.
