The location was great, all amenities you could wish for were in walking distance of the house. There are some lovely little places to go and eat, we were there for a wedding nearby but could happily have had all weekend in Edwinstowe. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had good spacious rooms with loads of light. The WiFi connection was good 👍 I will definitely be booking to go again later in the year, we all absolutely loved it, such a good price to say where it is too.

The room was clean, large and well equipped in the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Especially the kitchen was very easy to use and I enjoyed cooking. There is also a laundry service, so I made use of it. The heartfelt hospitality I received remains in my heart very much. I will definitely use it again next time.

Wood burner burning merrily when we arrived, so it was lovely, warm and welcoming. Breakfast provided (bread, butter, jam, cereals and tea/coffee and milk, which was fab - extremely good marmalade!). Really comfy and homely. Toiletries provided (shampoos & conditioners, shower gels) We had a lovely one night stay.

It was clean peaceful with birds singing we went in May the veranda was good to sit out on all you wanted for a comfortable break away

Owners were just a text away if you needed anything more.

It was really easy to find and Martin met us with the keys when we arrived. It is very private and quite. We had a little problem with the electrics at 11pm we called Martin, he came out straight away and fixed it for us. We loved it that much we have booked to come again and can't wait. It's such a beautiful place, very clean and tidy. We had a visit from Martins 2 lovely dogs who are so well behaved.

The furniture was top quality as we're all the fixtures and fittings. Beds were very comfortable too . We will certainly be back. Also it was a short walk to the centre if newark. Although we didn't use the garden it was huge with a swing bed and big barbecue which would be great in the summer. The host was on call so you could ask anything and he did pop round to sort out the heating for us
