SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is set in Sooke, 23 km from Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre and 3 km from East Sooke Park. Free WiFi is available. All rooms in the resort offer a sea view. The location, on a cliff facing the Strait of Juan de Fuca, was fantastic. The cottage itself was very modern, well-equipped for cooking, immaculate with a great shower and deep bathtub. Even in November, the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors are worth throwing open to see, hear and feel the sea air and waves directly below. Hummingbirds visited each day. Everything was very high quality and the staff in reception was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were straight-forward.

Set within 7.7 km of Brentwood Bay Ferry Terminal and 11 km of The Butchart Gardens in North Saanich, Coles Bay Vacation Retreat features accommodation with seating area. The spacious suite was very comfortable and well-appointed with full kitchen, patio, two large bedrooms, dining room, sitting room. Everything was tasteful and in good order. The host provided a home-cooked waffles, muffins, or scones each day, even though we did not expect breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere with two large poodles.

Campbell Cottage B&B is located in the Old City Quarter of Nanaimo. Free WiFi access is available. Clean and tidy in a great location. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden. Our host Anthea was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Nestled in Robson Valley, this B&B is just 15 minutes’ drive from Cariboo Snowcat Skiing. It offers a full breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Dee was a delightful host. Delicious breakfast. Apple cake, excellent in the afternoon. I will refer and return if in the area.

Located in the Nanoose Estuary, this inn is completely surrounded by wetlands and borders the Qualicom National Wildlife Area. Its architecture is inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The guest suite is fabulous. The entire building and grounds are beautifully designed and lovingly cared for. The views from our room were breathtaking. We saw otters playing and bald eagles. The setting is peaceful and seems far away from anything but is actually very convenient to many sights.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Beautiful Home in Burnaby. (Lyn's Residence) offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 16 km from Vancouver Olympic Centre. Lyn was an incredibly gracious host. We stayed in the same space as she lives, which was a surprise, but she was careful to give us space and provided us with fresh croissants for breakfast. Instant coffee and powdered creamer were available but we brought our own. She was helpful in collecting any of our missing items that we ended up having to go back and collect, and at which point she was still very kind and gracious with us. We would certainly stay again. Patio was amazing. Hosts were super accommodating. We Loved visiting with their pups and made good use of the hot tub and fire pit!

Situated in North Vancouver and only 2.6 km from Lonsdale Quay, Westview Vacation Rental - Two BR House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment on the ground level of a house in suburban North Vancouver. The house is located a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from a strip mall with several restaurants, a café, and a Safeway. It is right near the onramp to Highway 1 which makes it easy to get anywhere you need in the Vancouver area. The apartment has all the amenities including a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. It is clean with all the supplies you will need. We were 2 people, but it can accommodate a family with 2 or more children with a bunk-bed style arrangement in the second bedroom.
