Our stay at Adagio in Ravello was an absolute dream. Gennaio and his family's hospitality went above and beyond anything we could have expected. As the only guests, they generously upgraded us to an apartment with the most incredible view of Minori – a panorama I'll forever be dreaming of. Although my boyfriend doesn't speak Italian and mine's a bit rusty, Gennaio's warmth and genuine connection made language a barrier we easily overcame. We had wonderful conversations and truly felt like we were part of the family. The property itself is spectacular, a testament to Gennaio's hard work and vision. Beyond the view, the location offered a perfect starting point for exploring the Amalfi Coast. When our hike to Amalfi proved a little too ambitious for my legs, Gennaio even came to pick us up - the dedication to his guests is truly inspiring! He also provided fantastic local recommendations and even offered to call restaurants for us since it was off-season. Adagio isn't just a place to stay, it's an experience. We left Adagio feeling like we were leaving family behind. We will absolutely be back, and next time, we might just try to stay forever!
