The location is very close to the heart of the little city. 2 supermarkets, bakery, is 200 m close, a big shopping market is in 10 minutes walking distance, sea cost, and beaches are in 10-15 minutes walk, easy to go by car. The heart of the city is beautiful, small walk paths, "house on house". There are nice events on the little square, that is full of citizens, and tourists, very good vibes all around.

Really beautiful house with everything you need. 100 Meters away from the sea. The Whirlpool and the two terraces are really nice for a perfect stay. Everything was perfect and Marinko is a really nice host and is reachable via Phone if you need him. Couldn't wish for anything better.

Holiday Home NiKa, cabana o cottage a Omišalj

Featuring a terrace, Kuća za odmor NiKa is a villa, set in Omišalj. The property is 500 metres away from the beach and features views of the city.

NiKa was surprisingly perfect for our family. It is clean and well equipped. Located downtown so the main square with a nice bar and restaurant is only 2 minutes on foot. The city has a special and unique mood. Although you can only park at the edge of the downtown area, it was not a problem because the transportation of the luggage is well resolved and it is also just 3 minutes from NiKa. The Pesja beach was perfect for a family with kids. The water is clean and the lido is not crowded. You can choose a shaded spot under the canopy of the trees just right at the edge of the water. You can get fresh seafood at the beach. There is a trail to the beach from downtown but we usually went by car. At the beach you have to pay for the parking but it is not expensive and easy to manage by a mobile app. Ana the owner is very kind and super helpful. We spent a great holiday at NiKa and we are thankful for her and we highly recommend it!

    Well equipped house, friendly owner. The beach is ca. 300m, crystal clear see.

    Toller Pool, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher und netter Gastgeber, war sehr daran interessiert, dass es uns gut geht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.
