Our host welcomed us and briefly told the history of Villa Torro, which gave us an even better insight into how much effort and dedication has gone into this wonderful place to stay. The facility is perfect, the upper floor is spacious and very well equipped (we especially liked the fireplace in these winter months!) and we enjoyed spending time together and preparing dinner. The house is perfect for two couples or 4 friends. A view on the medieval town of Motovun is indescribably beautiful and we really felt comfortable and would recommend this Villa to anyone that wishes to explore the inner part of Istria and coastal part too.

This was one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed! Everything was just amazing. The location was so peaceful and the nature filled up my soul, and yet it was wonderfully central. We used it as a base to explore the whole of Istria. The place is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. We loved that we had the whole house to ourselves. It was so much bigger than we were expecting, especially the kitchen-dining area downstairs. We spent many hours in the garden in the shade of the huge oak tree, watching our little boy play on the grass while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The hosts were so generous - they provided some groceries for our use that were so much more thoughtful than "basic" groceries. We happily made use of the grill, and having aircon on each floor was wonderful. Everything was just the best! Highly highly recommend! We'll be coming back each time we visit Istria

The modern villa is situated in a quiet location with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. You don't have to go anywhere and you can enjoy the view from the pool. Paradise view! We were greeted with cut flowers, fresh fruit, Ferrero Rocher and Prosecco. The owner communicated with us very actively before our arrival and fulfilled our every wish. The villa is a great place for cycling. Thanks to the Parenzama, which leads close to the villa, it is not necessary to overcome large height differences. The surrounding villages are beautiful. The surrounding scenery is comparable to Tuscany or Provence. Nearby is a nice restaurant with local specialties at reasonable prices. Great base for trips but also for lying by the pool. We will definitely be back !!!

The perfect modern Villa, fantastic peaceful location with views of Motovun and the valley below. The beds are so comfortable, linen and towels high quality. Bathrooms , showers baths all modern. Air conditioning, sofa and tv area, pool table we used a lot, outside eating area, shaded seating area and the pool and loungers were wonderful! The managing agent and the owner are really friendly and attentive, lovely genuine people. We had the perfect week and will be back again!
