The cottage was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The kitchen facilities we're excellent. The electric wood burner not only created a lovely ambience but also warmed the sitting room beautifully. The advance information from the owners was impeccable - sorry I couldn't reply to any of their messages due to mobile phone problems! The location was perfect for the Dales & Skipton is a very pretty town with good shopping.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Such a quirky and compact design. From the outside it looks really small, but you have to step down into the living area which means a lot of the space is below the surface. Everything you could possibly need, lots of natural light and interesting features. Had the most magical cosy weekend with the fire on and the curtains closed while the weather outside was grim! Great for doggy owners because the yard is enclosed. Would be lovely in the summer too, with the seating outside. Worth mentioning there is a car park just round the corner (honesty box asks for £1 to park). Lots of walks and beautiful scenery on the doorstep. Beds very comfortable and a cute doggy basket with blankets, toys and treats. Couldn't have asked for more!

Loved everything. Had a really lovely stay for 2 nights, comfortable, warm and convenient. We had a lovely walk along the canal to Skipton. Morrisons not to far away. We cooked our own evening meals so used the oven and the kitchen was well equipped. Amy was very helpful and her mum met us at the house with the keys,and was very kind to show us around when we arrived. So everything went smooth.

Pleasant little place. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Street leading to apartment iis very narrow as is typical of Yorkshire Dales so is not ideal for manoeuvring cars. Milk, coffee, tea and breakfast provisions were unexpectedly provided which was a nice touch.

Exceptional property and fabulous host. We booked late due to a problem with our booked accommodation. Despite Amy being on her way to catch a flight she took our booking and sorted everything for us which we really appreciated. She checked on us to make sure we were ok and settled and sent detailed information for everything. The house was fab. Cozy, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, modern deco and very well equipped. A short walk into town was nice. Will definately stay again next time we are in the area. Thank You.

Sofa on the low side and beds on the High side with steps up to them. Very comfy mattresses and very cosy cottage. Steps up to the kitchen and toilet which if you have any mobility issues could be difficult. It doesnt have a full oven with four rings but you can still cook if you wish. Lovely cottage we would recommend but not for us.
