Everything about this cottage is excellent. Location central 2 minuets walk to everything. Comfy, quiet, private very relaxing. You would never know you are in a built up area as its so quiet at night. Loved the fact that you walk through a door in a wall to get to the secluded courtyard. In summer it will be heaven sat out with a glass of wine (or 2) The owner has thought of everything you would ever need. Décor is stylish yet homely. Large bedroom with extremely comfy king size bed that we didn't want to get out of and a bathroom with a bath & shower. Lots of hot water when ever you needed it. Kitchen/lounge large with a big tv on wall. Information pack as you walk in on top shelf with great local leaflets and wi-fi password. Plus the added benefit of free parking 2 mins away. What's not to like. If only we could transport this cottage to every UK location we want to visit we would be a very happy couple.

Absolutely spotless accommodation in a prime central position. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to anybody staying in Knaresborough. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and the check in was very smooth. We had a very comfortable stay and it felt very luxurious and everything was thought about.

Hollins Farm is also perfectly located for visiting the surrounding area, we had a fabulous day at Fountains Abbey which was only 20 mins down the road, and a lovely lunch and wander around Knaresborough, which was even closer! We had the room with the hot tub on the private terrace and the experience was great. The host was extremely cheerful and couldn’t have been more helpful.
