The location was really good for Royal Birkdale & Hillside Both were 4 minutes to get to Town centre opposite direction but again took me about 5 mins to get to Thr Cosch House was outstanding. I definitely recommend it to everyone You have a Spar, Tesco & Aldi 2 minutes on either side of the entrance I also love the security of the place, double electric doors & parking onside again. It's a really good touch 2 x Chinese takeaways & Piza place. We found 2 pubs 5 minutes away from our stay Taylors & the Crown Thanks to Nicola, our host, will book again Mike & Zoe
