They have a bar downstairs and there's a chippy across the road. The room was immaculate with all of the essentials. The rooms are not as large as Travelodge or Premier Inn but a room is a room, and at least they provide a wardrobe rather than a hanging space. The en-suite far exceeded anything you would get with Travelodge or Premier Inn. It was spotless with a large shower, ample towels and spare tolet rolls.

Hotel phoned in plenty of time to give me options to either book elsewhere or stay at the hotel with temporary lighting available in my room. Communication was excellent. I decided to stay and the staff were very helpful. The power was restored later in the evening. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was great (there was a great choice)
