Decent sized room with a very comfortable bed. Given how busy the hotel was, the room was quiet too. Good buffet breakfast. Good steam room, tiny sauna, ok pool. Nice welcome from Alan or Adam (apologies) in the spa. All in all a comfortable stay.

I was welcomed by Rus-lana on arrival and served breakfast by Camilla (sorry if names not spelt correctly). My room was warm, cosy and very nicely presented. My full breakfast was enjoyable, hot and freshly cooked. Definitely highly recommend and I will be staying there again on my next visit to Brentwood.

Bedrooms lovely and large and nice bedding. Just the front room that was not so nice Electric shower so not great. The whole property could do with a good freshen up. Did exactly what we needed however and very attentive host who responded to any questions quickly and was helpful.

Plus it’s a holiday Inn. Really didn’t feel like a Holiday Inn! The staff were friendly and helpful, thanks so much for making our stay pleasant. We will definitely stay again 😊
