Absolutely fantastic property and hosts - 10/10 across the board! Katherine and Dave are incredibly helpful and responsive. Ahead of our arrival they set up a cot in the small bedroom for our 2 year old and also provided a high chair and toddler feeding equipment. They also set up an extra fold out bed so our older ones could share the back bedroom without any squabbles. They were personally delighted with the hot chocolate selection and marshmallows and I really appreciated the coffee! There’s plenty of toys provided and everything you need in the kitchen. Sofas are super comfy which you really notice when you’ve stayed places where they arent! Love the decor too and the extra touch with the pillow spray! Thank you!! We have already booked to come back in the summer for a whole week! Amy, Sean and family x

An absolutely beautiful home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the little added touches, like the delicious treats. Everything to a high standard and very clean. The front room was beautiful with the glass doors and skylight. A great location for Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. We were able to walk to the BIC for a concert, plus only a short walk to the beautiful beaches and the pretty village of Westbourne. We are looking forward to returning soon, thank you.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the accommodation. The host responded to any questions immediately and was very friendly and helpful. The underfloor downstairs heating was a very nice touch. All the facilities, including the very comfy beds, large bathrooms and the very well equiped and beautiful kitchen was great. The property had a very nice energy and felt very warm and homely . The garden was fantastic and although it was a little cold for us to enjoy during our visit, will be amazing when the weather gets warmer. The property is in a great location, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to Bournemouth centre. Loved our stay and would happily stay again

We had a lovely stay at the beautiful cosy home. The decor was beautiful, we felt so at home and cosy. Everything we needed was there and kitchen had all the cookware essentials. Good location with a short walk to shops and bus stops. Very quiet, we had access to all the entertainment apps on the TV which was great. The bed was so comfortable and the bath and shower were lovely. Loved the little touches in the bathroom and everything was just beautiful. The property also smelt beautiful with all the lovely scents and reed diffusers around the property.
