The spacious villa has 5 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a fireplace. The villa offers bed linen, towels and laundry service.

The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.

    Lovely home in a mature, quiet neighbourhood. We stayed in the lower suite. The room was very cozy, bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette with some drinks and snacks provided. Outdoor property is gorgeous and would love to come back and enjoy it in warmer weather. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit salad, frittata, hearty bread, homemade salsa, homemade jam and delicious bottomless cup coffee. Hosts, Eleanora and Dave, were very welcoming. We can definitely recommend this B&B.

    Easy access to the property with a door code rather than phsical keys which helped greatly as we arrived very late. The decor and furnishings were good, beds comfortable and well kitted out for self catering. The property is in a quiet street but close to town and only a five minute walk from a supermarket.

    The apartment is cozy, beautiful and very comfortable for my wife and my little son. It has everything to make a perfect stay. It is near to the bus stop which is a plus. The hosts are very one-of-a-kind people. They helped us a lot with valuable information and pieces of advice.

    We had a fabulous time at the Cozy Cottage. We brought our dog and loved being able to let her out to join us when we had breakfast on the patio. There was a trail close to the property so we could walk our dog. The facilities were ideal to eat the meals we wanted at the cottage. We were close to all of the delivery options and could warm up left overs in the microwave. We were close to St Jacobs and many fun Conservation Areas. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for those who want to tour local Kitchener and Waterloo sights.
