The host was exceptionally nice. We were arriving at late hour and it was not a problem. It was quite cold outside and the house was pleasantly warm and beds very comfortable.. The house is in excellent position, few minutes walk from tram and main metro station, and all amenities in centre. Vitosha street reachable by foot. Lidl, Billa and few good restaurants and fast food venues nearby. Really nothing to complain. Thank you, Svetlio! 😘

The house is nice and clean. It's located in city center, easy to take public transportation to go around the city. The house owner is very friendly and helped us during our stay. Good services are recommended by the house owner. We are happy with our stay.

The location was great. Although super central, it was pretty quiet, except for one night - the property shares a wall with a venue that had a big party at Christmas, when I was there,.. but for that night it was really understandable and I enjoyed the music : ) I have to say that as a single female traveller I also felt very safe there., an inside lock would have been good too, but as said, it felt very quiet and safe. The host met me and brought me the keys, all the rules and guidelines were very clear and I felt I could call at anytime. The room is very spacious and has a really special historical feel to it. Its a very special place. Very important - The shower has really good water pressure and was super hot, really good. There's a kitchen and a little sitting area, lots of amenities like hairdryer and iron. I felt very comfortable in the space, Although it is "underground" the light is good and the old walls create a very good air quality, it was not humid or anything - the opposite - very enjoyable.
