It was central to Rapid Bay, Normanville and Kangaroo Island to name but a few of areas of Tourist interest. The room had a Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Tea and Coffee facilities. The owners had provided a complimentary basket of goodies, such as Biscuits (Tim Tams) Crisps, sweets, Cheesy savoury snacks etc. I would recommend the Lodge without hesitation.IIanSolo traveller

Great place to go for a quiet time and long sleeps, but also quick drives to all the fantastic towns, food, beaches and sights on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Matthew went out of his way to see that we were comfortable. Everything was neat, clean, top-quality and nicely arranged. The kitchenette was fine for light meals. There was only one thing we felt we needed--that was a bowl and a bench where we could wash the dishes. (Unfortunately, because of constant rain it was not easy to use the outdoor table.)BarryYoung couple
