First off the establishment did not come up on Google Maps. It kept indicating where the destination should be but there was no property number or signage board or anything. It was late. The contact person, whose number is on the booking confirmation, told us it was at a scrapyard. Needless to say travelling when dark without any name boards or house number etc and address on the booking form being different to that given by contact person, all contributed to my unease and frustration. I opted to go somewhere else. Very disappointing!!

From the day we arrived till we left we felt at home it was so peaceful and cozy the staff is amazing. The food was also very good. Rooms big and very clean. I would recommend Merchant to anyone that needs to go down for business.
