From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff even though it was almost 2am. they checked me in swiftly and then helped me to my room with my luggage room was spacious clean and functional. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. Breakfast on the top floor exceeded my expectations. The staff super friendly and cooked perfect eggs to order as well as an assortment of hot food both western and Asian. The hotel is excellently located in the centre of Hanoi super easy to get to the old Quarter and the lake. My room was kept immaculately clean throughout the stay, and upon check out the staff were very friendly and helped me make sure my taxi was taking me to the place.
