Location is perfect, right at the edge of the old town, perfect to walk everywhere. breakfast did include local specialities and western food, many options. Staff was super friendly, especially the service giving real-time info during breakfast at what time our driver for the next activity will arrive, so we could have a more relaxed breakfast. The hotel and service were excellent! As soon as I arrived, a lady showed me to my room and a gentleman carried my suitcase up to my room! I really liked this! The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave me a very detailed map of the surrounding area where she marked the main attractions I could go to and indeed I went to them all! She also gave me a list of restaurants in the nearby area, I went to the first one on the list and it was really authentic and the food was delicious! The room was amazing with all the amenities! Very comfortable bed, a great office desk with a great lamp, which I took advantage of as I had to work. The breakfast was very rich and delicious! Just before I left, the lady at the reception booked me a van and gave me two small magnets with Vietnamese figures! I really appreciated it!

Best thing about this hotel is the location, which is in the heart of Hanoi old town. Literally a couple steps away from everything which is worth seeing/doing. Good price/quality when you look at the rooms. Worth mentioning is the extremely helpfull staff! Mike from the frontdesk helped us in any way possible and gave extremely helpfull tips & tricks.
