Pool was dirty, the lights in the hallway did not work, I had a lamp as my room light, the ceiling lights did not work, Wifi password was given wrong. Had poor wifi the whole stay. TV doesn’t have connection (doesn’t work) and the worse part was that all those things I mentioned I asked the receptionist to send some help & I was told it will be fixed in the morning and never heard from her until I left 😅

There is so much to do at wildwood.
There is so much to do at wildwood. The beach is beautiful the boardwalk is so much fun and entertaining, food is great, streets are quiet at night and evening is pretty respectful. The city play parks are really nice and the area is clean. Just a great place all around. There really is not one thing I dislike when I visit wildwood.

We checked in on Monday, LABOR DAY.
We checked in on Monday, LABOR DAY. We were very disappointed how many places were already closed or closed wayyyyyy earlier than the advertised time. BARS INCLUDED, some before 11 PM. I was very surprised.
We did eat at the Surfing Pig and that was great, then headed to the The Lazy Bass for a night cap. Nice outside bar on the water with live music and very friendly staff! We would definitely go back to both places again!

Beach, boardwalk and bars.
Beach, boardwalk and bars. If you like that sort of thing, this is the place for you. Other activities on the island can get a little expensive but that is expected from a tourist town. Props to the people at Wildwood Waverunners and the Thundercat dolpin watch. Always a great time. I usually to to get down there right before Labor day when a lot of the Shoobies go back home because of school starting.

We drove over 10 hours from Toronto to get to Wildwood.
We drove over 10 hours from Toronto to get to Wildwood. It was our first time and we were all very pleased with our vacation. Wildwood is a great family holiday - good for multi-generational families who have grandparents and kids travelling together. Lots of opportunities to make good memories. Great for small children as well as teens.
Some of the restaurants in the area were expensive, but if you plan properly, some meals could be made in advance (picnic lunch at the beach or breakfast at the hotel). Most of the coffee in the area were really good. The boardwalk is great for walking or biking, even sitting and just people watching. Lots of opportunity for shopping - souvenir t-shirts and hoodies can be found every where, so take your time to pick out what colours and logos you would like on yours.
Highly recommend pizza from Founder's Grub & Pub, Polish ice water and ice cream and Quincey's original lobster rolls - amazing! Captain Jack has a drink special every night and discounted food between 4 and 6pm daily.
For a great inexpensive breakfast, head over to Alex's Pizzeria & Pancake house. Avoid Ravioli House - they are very expensive and quality was okay (good but not for the price).
Acme grocery store is less than 5 mins away and they have a great chicken deal at the hot food counter. The local liquor stores were pricey so you may want to bring some wine bottles along with you. But very convenient to walk to pick up beers for the hotel patio (for the quiet evening in).
The beaches are very safe in Wildwood and North Wildwood. Cape May is beautiful and well worth the drive to see for the day, but you have to pay to access the beach and the water was more rough. Be ready to drive around for 15+ mins to find paid parking.

This is one of my favorite family vacation spots!!
This is one of my favorite family vacation spots!! Our hotel (Hotel Cabana) was awful, but Wildwood itself is just fantastic! Tons of good eats, lots of fun things to do like water parks, Moreys Pier, shopping etc.
The room was very clean and the staff was always available. The fridge was much bigger thana mini fridge and held so much. I precooked meals and reheated them in the room and the larger fridge made it so much easier. The room also had a table and chairs for easy dining. Pool was very nice and clean. Easy and fast walk from boardwalk and beach. Great location, a lot of eateries around. Attached store which sold pizza, wings, cheesesteaks, etc. Also had off street parking which is very convenient.
Room #102, furst floor facing ocean with a big private front porch. Spacious apartment, two bedrooms, full kitchen, table for 6 and large living room, 3 tvs! Ideal for a family! Right across the street from the Wildwood sign on the boardwalk, no need to find a parking spot! Very nice property manager. Best part was the shower- big rain head and plenty of hot water! Newer windows, very quiet, bedroom on the right has a comfy soft bed, room on the left has a firm mattress.
This was our second summer staying at the Seagull. The staff is very friendly and it is an accommodating hotel. There is a good amount of parking and they have outside showers and facilities you can use before or after you check in. The motel is very close to the Wildwood Crest boardwalk and beach and there are good restaurants nearby and within walking distance also. The rooms are clean also.
Location was perfect--just a block from the boardwalk. Cross the street, walk 100 feet, go up a ramp, and you're
on the boardwalk.
This was a nostalgia visit for my husband. He used to visit Wildwood as a yougster. Room was spacious. Bathroom was large. Everything was very clean. Fridge was full-sized. Bed was comfortable.
Nice little clean motel in a great location. Hotel owner and staff were terrific! Walk to breakfast, Boardwalk, Morey's Pier, quick drive to Wildwood's great bar and restaurant scene. Only 15 minutes to beautiful Cape May! Will stay here again!
The location is great, right across from the boardwalk and beach.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Access to two BBQs.
The beds are very comfortable.
Rooms have a two burner stove top and large fridge with freezer.
Both pools are kept clean.
we stayed here once years ago& stayed here again this weekend for one night. Pretty basic as far as hotels in wildwood go but it’s clean & comfortable. front desk was very nice as well, even letting us check in early. Would stay here again.
Overall great experience no hassles, everything was very easy going, the staff was super kind and polite. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again next time I visit wildwood! Also great location!! 2 blocks from the boardwalk
Staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel and rooms were super cute. The beds were like clouds from heaven. And we got a complimentary upgrade for no reason. I highly recommend this place on your next trip to Wildwood.
It's a hotel on Wildwood what else do you want to know you paid 112 bucks you get for what you pay for I didn't understand the parking lot I count it 15 parking spots but you have more rules to where do you put the cars
Clean and comfortable room, in a great location - very close to the beach and boardwalk. We chose it because of the location and good value price, we weren't disappointed - perfect for our last minute night away.
very clean room...great decor...comfy big beds..great shower head. nice on premise parking...main boardwalk right across the street. Housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Front desk very nice and polite.
