The staff did exceptionally well with breakfast and the breakfast area during the reconstruction after the fire.
Everyone was polite friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially as we were in and out at different times due to working at the US Women's Open.

Loved the cabooses all lined up. There was a lot to do. On site was the restaurant, toy train museum, buggy rides, outdoor jazz. Strasbourg RR and the Railway museum nearby.
This Lancaster motel is located within walking distance of the Amish farmlands. Guests can lounge on the grounds or enjoy free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
We love it tgere. Had a girls weekend planned… left home to go to Kroziar’s Christmas Village in Ronks, PA. We had a great start of our trip snd head to check in at the LaQuinta hotek for the first time. I remembered when it was built.. honestly we always stayed at the Amish View Inn & Suites.. but they were booked 12/8-10, and In glad they were… we now have a new favorite for many reasons.

The peaceful beautiful farm land across the street to see the sun come up is gorgeous. I loved not hearing anything or anybody from my caboose. It is SOOOooo quiet. I didn't have to worry about making any noise and disturbing anyone or being disturbed by anyone else. Very clean too. As soon as I opened the door and saw the bible laying OPEN on the table I KNEW THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR ME! I have told all my family and friends about it already. Cannot wait to come back for a much longer stay...maybe forever! lol!

The entire area is interesting.
The entire area is interesting. We also visited Lititz and enjoyed that as well. Sight and Sound was our main objective, but shopping and sightseeing were a part too. Was disappointed in the Rockvale stores. Many are closed or out of business. the Tangent area was much better. In Litiz , we went to a pretzel tour and Wilbur's candies. We could have explored more but were limited on time. The scenery in the area is wonderful.

We were there for the quilt show and fabric shopping, so we already had knowledge of the area. Had we been new to the area, there was no 'tourist' information available at the rental to encourage us to explore the area, make us want to stay again or stay longer. Lack of bedside lighting made reading in bed impossible.
Perfect cozy hotel in the middle of all the attractions of the amish country. Ryan the host/owner of this hotel is a wonderful person and does his best to keep every single guest happy. I forgot my passport in the hotel and only found out about it when arrived to new york , i contacted ryan and he sent it to me with one of his relatives to new york! Not obvious at all and im really thankful for that. Other than that , good breakfast , wonderful location and super comfy beds
Some wear and tear in the rooms (one of our bed spreads had an iron burn on it and shower curtain ripped) and overall hotel is bit dated...but a comfortable enough stay. Front desk friendly and helpful with sharing information of nearby attractions. Good options for breakfast (lots of cereals, fruit, coffee, juices, boiled eggs, toast). Would stay there again if passing through Lancaster/Ronks area.
We were looking for an affordable, safe, clean overnight stay in Amish country. That is just what we got. I cancelled a more expensive hotel (double the price) and reserved here instead. I wondered if I would regret it. I did not. Saved money!
I did not pay for a 4-star hotel, so, of course, the facilities are not those of a 4-star hotel.
I did get a safe and clean room in a 2-star hotel. Great!
Great location quite close to many attractions. The rooms are simple and clean. We loved that they had a room with 3 double beds to accommodate a family with kids and a grandparent, which was great! Here's a secret- If you ask for a room in the back of the motel, you will be greeted by cows out to pasture right next to the parking lot! My kids had so much fun greeting them in the morning.
Awesome location. Close to family friendly spots like the Strasburg rail.road, dutch wonderland , amish farms and outlet shops. Breakfast takes the cake. So many selections and we are still drooling over the french toast. Our 4 year old loved the play area and the animals that she could feed
We had a wedding to attend in Holtwood and this hotel was 28 minutes away. Great location, Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating with our early check in request. Room was clean. Great price.
Clean and comfortable. Quiet location even though we were near main road. Perfect location for visiting Armish tour and restaurants and breakfast waffle bar over the road. Perfect.
