Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Location by lakeside was lovely, could be a fantastic place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom fixtures were new and overall the room seemed recently refurbished. The AC worked well, which is often a problem at smaller motels in FL. The towels were also better than I expected. Internet was blazing fast. And the owners (I assume they were owners because they worked the office and housekeeping) were very nice. They even had free bananas when I checked in as well as a bag with a few snacks. I've never seen that in a motel. Bananas yes, a snack bag, no. It was also very quiet even though it's on a main street and it was bike week.
