We enjoyed the time we had outside of the horrible experience with our hotel (Comfort Inn) when we first arrived and had to leave it less than an hour after we checked in! I would not recommend the Comfort Inn by the Airport! We had to find another hotel with clean bed linens, floors, working phone and WiFi and we did not feel safe there!!! Worst hotel experience in my life!

Wish I would have had more time to explore.
Wish I would have had more time to explore. There were so many options for good food. The few I tried did not disappoint. Just driving around I saw so many beautiful spots I want to return to. Did stop by the mall and was not impressed. But you don't travel to visit the mall. Found a great park to take my kid, and it was so nice and shaded by big trees.

Horrible, from the front desk clerk to the room, which had used feminine products left in the room along with the filters setting out not in the air condition. I requested to have my family on the same floor, but we were placed on different floors. What a horrible experience. Upon traveling for ten hours, the front desk clerk was not friendly and acted as though we were disturbing her by listening to her music on her headset; yes, she was wearing a headset, but she just laid my credit card on the without saying anything to me. I could walk away without knowing my credit card was on the corner if I didn't look down. What is happening to customer service today? If they do not want to work, let them go, please. Hire someone who will work.

The traffic to enter the city is simply a nightmare, add at least another hour to your trip for the last 5 miles of interstate to enter Baton Rouge. Food is good in the city, we really enjoyed our dinner at Gino's Italian restaurant and lunch at Bistro Bryonz.

Since 2015 Baton Rouge Louisiana has been very hard to deal with employees and managers at front desk it is hard to communicate with them it’s about me and another significant I think?? They seem furious when I try to check in they never let me check in
Very clean, comfy spot in a safe area. If you don’t want to stay downtown, this is the perfect place to rest. It has all the amenities for traveling (fridge, microwave, silverware, coffee maker, toiletries). There was a gym and other common areas we didn’t use, but that would make it a good place for a long stay. There are a couple of malls nearby with nice restaurants. The breakfast was amazing! Cooked on the spot and the cold part was very varied.
This hotel has a definite historic feel to it, originally the Louisiana National Bank. The lighting and ambience was also a pretty romantic experience for even our short stay. There are some magnificent art pieces in the lobby. We also had an enjoyable experience grabbing drinks and a bite at the hotel bar. The bed was restful, the room spacious and the view incredible.
The room was very nice and accommodating for me and my family it's very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is the best and the ladies who prepares the food are very nice and attentive. The location is so close to LSU where my son goes so that's a plus . Totally recommend this hotel to stay at while in Baton Rouge.
Exceptional cost and benefit. For me, the best ratio I've found so far in the US for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast according to what is offered for this level of accommodation in the USA, dinner is included in the rate, of good quality (meat, vegetables and salads).
Amazing, friendly staff- They were available when needed. Had a smile and greeted guests. Super clean rooms even though there was a wait at check in. The best breakfast that I have ever had at any hotel. Keep it up!
This was an excellent, safe and quality hotel to bring my 4 children. We enjoyed the pool, 2 queen beds and the area had everything we needed. Recommended to friends, who were shocked at the great price! L.Martin
The best thing about this hotel is that they use reusable utensils, plates, and cups. The kitchen in the room is really big and good for families. The location is pretty central to most things in Baton Rouge.
This is a nice place and close to many things!!! Great communication and quick response.
I don’t have one complaint. If I’m ever in Baton Rouge again I would love to book again.
Our meal was delicious at the casino's 18 Steak. The best steaks in Baton Rouge. Service and waiter was fabulous. Definitely will go to 18 Steak again.
