Like the location around hotel and fresh air. Also Like the view and window view from room. Its is very quiet place to stay.The Roman wellness was fantastic but its not part of the hotel but rather separate.

Quiet and safe location, kitchen fully equipped with all neccessary cooking and serving items. Very warm and clean rooms, comfortable bed. No problems with wifi or parking place. There is alimentary shop in the village, train and bus station, ski centers Jasna and Donovaly are ca 30km away. This was my second stay here and I am sure I will be back again.

24h reception. The room is small but clean and suitable for staying for a couple of days. I really liked the mattress and pillow - had a very good sleep

The hotel is an easy walk into the Old Town. The room was spacious and there was a lot of space to hang clothes and open our luggage. The staff were very friendly and the wifi was good. The parking was free and right outside the door of the hotel which was very handy.

very nice, kind woman at the reception, goodness and positive energy emanated from her so that I immediately wanted to stay there . The hotel smelled nice, the rooms were clean, and overall a very quiet and peaceful place, I definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks a lot

###Location### The accommodation is just next to the bus stop "Hronec-namestie". There are 2 grocery stores within just 20 metres, a pub right inside the same building or another one just across the street. A really nice bakery is 50 metres away. One of the tourist attractions "Cyklodreziny" is also just across the street. There was not too much traffic on the main street that is close to the accommodation during our stay. We stayed in the smaller apartment whose living room windows are just above dust bins for recycling (paper, plastics, glass). There was no smell coming out of them, so it was not disturbing as such. There is a double entrance door at the apartment which significantly eliminates the outside noise (if any) from the pub. ###Room### The apartment was really spacious with one separate bedroom and a big living room. I especially liked that the toilet and bathroom were 2 separate rooms. The apartment was clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped (fridge, kettle, microwave) and there were enough dishes. The beds were comfortable and the drapes were blackout-like which we were not really expecting. ###Parking### There is free parking right in front of the accommodation and on the other side of the square too. ###Staff### The lady who was taking care of us was very friendly, accommodated every single request we had and was on top of everything throughout our stay. In terms of service provided by the staff this really felt like a 5* hotel. ###Breakfast & Restaurant### We have not had a chance to try breakfast nor menu offered, however the beer was good and when we had to take care of our small son, the lady had no problem with bringing it directly to our apartment. ###Wi-Fi### The Wi-Fi access was free of charge. The coverage of the guest network was not the best, but when we reported this to staff, they managed to find a workaround immediately. The speed was really good.

The room was actually an apartment with a separate kitchen area, a sitting area and a sleeping area, and a balcony. The staff was kind and attentive, the hotel's location is good, just a short walk from Banská Bystrica mesto train station, a short walk in the other direction from the central SNP Square, and next door to the State Opera! Wifi connection good and the big complimentary mineral water bottle was a nice touch.

What a gem! The castle itself is fantastic, lots of places to poke around on your own and surprises to be found (a skeleton?). I expected the food to be blah because hotel restaurants are usually uninspired, but this was probably the best meal we had in Slovakia! The setting is also very pretty - there is a forested area with trails across from the castle to go for a walk.

The receptionist lady was lovely and very helpful. Place really clean , nice breakfast lady :) and the view !
