My experience at Tadeusz was truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was efficient. The room I stayed in was not only clean but also very comfortable. The bed was cozy and the amenities provided in the room made my stay even more convenient. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was extensive and the quality of the food was superb. The hotel's location was also convenient and I also found it easy to access. Very flexible staff, whom I love. The breakfast is huge, and they provide an individual approach similar to what you'd find in some 5-star apartments. We requested an early check-in and a very late check-out - there were no issues, and the contact was excellent. The building is new, very clean, and in good condition. Great parking and location.

Absolutely perfect yet again. This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to booking at Hotel Kasztel again. I highly recommend this hotel.
