Absolutely perfect yet again. This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to booking at Hotel Kasztel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very flexible staff, whom I love. The breakfast is huge, and they provide an individual approach similar to what you'd find in some 5-star apartments. We requested an early check-in and a very late check-out - there were no issues, and the contact was excellent. The building is new, very clean, and in good condition. Great parking and location.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and extremely spacious. The shower was very big and everything worked as it should. Lots of care and attention has been given to the apartment, and it is right in the heart of Bochnia main square. Very comfortable bed and sofa. There is a lift available too. Highly recommended!
