Perfect location - near the railway station and public bus/Flixbus stops. 15 minutes on foot to the town centre, 17 minutes by bus to the local thermal spa. Rich breakfast, I think everyone can choose something. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious, with a TV, small fridge and hairdryer. Strong WiFi.

A nice hotel in the middle of a lovely spa town.
The room was clrean and comforable with a good shower.
We were there for the nearby parkrun, which takes place at 9am on a Saturday, and the hotel kindly allowed us to have breakfast when we returned from it at about 9:50, although technically the breakfast room closes at 10.

Cosy green vibrant town, beautiful old buildings, lovely old town area, many good restaurants and cafes, really good shopping possibilities, amazing views to the Krkonose mountains. The town is not too huge, it is easy to come around by car, there are good paths for the pedestrians.

This city is the capital city of the district, which in itself has less relevant attractions. We traveled great distances every day to places within a radius of about 75 km from her.
The old town is nice but not something you don't see in many other cities in Poland.
And certainly not the most attractive.
We really enjoyed our accommodation which was very pleasant and comfortable, we enjoyed the best and cheap restaurants in the city.
But beyond that we would probably choose to spend the night somewhere else, most likely in the city of Karpacz.

Jelenia goes is a nice small city.
Jelenia goes is a nice small city. If you want a nice quiet place to spend time with your spouse and or family it is perfect. Swim at the city pool. Go to see time gates it's a crazy history lesson that is fun. Walk in the old town and enjoy reasonably priced meals, drinks, and deserts. Biking and hiking trails and parks nearby. We speak English and German. It was not as easy to get by as the bigger cities but way less money. Probably not a good place to come party. I didn't see many clubs. Shops close about 8 pm

From Jelenia Góra valley, located in the middle of the mountains from Lower Silesia (Dolny Sląsk), one can admire impressive views over the surrounding mountain tops but also enjoy beautiful small cities. Cieplice is a charming district of Jelenia Gora, were you can enjoy Termy Cieplice ( Cieplice Termal Baths). The complex has several outdoor and indoor pools for swimming or relaxation and a spa area. Also the area of Cieplice is quite pretty to wander around as well since it’s filled with beautiful buildings built by the Schaffgotsch family in the 1700s. There is also a big and nice English garden (Park Zdrojowy) opened much of it to the public. Cieplice is also a great place to explore the the Karkonosze or Giant Mountains National Park. The Kopa Chairlift (Kolej linowa na Kopę) is about 30 minutes drive distance. From the Top Station you can climb the 1602 high Sněžka. (it is advisable to take warmer clothes to Sněžka as the temperature up can be more than 10C lower than at the village of Karpacz). Also you can visit the central city of Jelenia Gora with a great Old Town. If you have time and a car you can visit also Pałac Wojanów (20 minutes drive) or make a trip to the biggest Silesian castle: Książ Castle near Wałbrzych (one hour drive). Or if your stay is more than a week you can visit Wroclaw, one of the most charming cities of Poland.
Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!
This hotel offers very spacious, beautifully decorated, and stylish rooms. The breakfast is of high quality, akin to what you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located right next to the main square. They also provide parking for guests, and if the parking lot is full, there's an option to use the parking facility across the street.
Very good homebase for discovering the famous „Riesengebirge“ and „Niederschlesien“. Parking spaces are directly located in front of the building and you can find within a few hundred meters different supermarkets and a gas station. To get to the city of Jelenia Gora you will need about 10 minutes by car.
The location is perfect for visiting the national park Karkonoski nearby. I suggest you sleep in a hotel in Poland, as the Czech side is extremely expensive comparably (parking, funicular, hotels etc.). This hotel has a beautiful garden, very spacious rooms and nice staff. The breakfast has variety.
Friendly staff, whole hotel was clean and proper, the beds were very comfortable. Location is fantastic, large green city park right across the street, as well as national parks within driving distance in almost every direction.
the location couldn’t be any better, 5 min from the main square, and the neighborhood felt very safe, the host was also extremely kind and helped with any questions that we had, made our stay in jelenia gora a memorable one… 😊
Prices are very reasonable and price to age of the hotel was also reasonable. The rooms are a little old fashioned (didn't have the upgraded version) but absolutely everything was fine.
Slept very well and was comfy.
Very good location in the center of Jelenia Gora. Short walk to the Old Town. Enjoyable place to spend a night or two. The apartment is large and cozily decorated. Fits four people easily. Free parking as well.
Location, room and breakfast, absolutely stunning. Staff, especially on reception very helpful, friendly and professional.
Hotel room was clean and had a balcony, which we have enjoyed.
Really enjoyed the surroundings. There are nature paths around the hotel with variety of wildlife. Quiet and peaceful location. The food was also very good and excellent value
Nice little hotel right in the centre of Cieplice. The room was tiny, just good enough to stay in for one night. The staff was exceptionaly nice and helpful :) Breakfast ok.
Clean and comfortable room. Very good central location. Breakfast was above our expectations.
Next trip to Jelenia Góra we would like to stay at Zeppelin again.
