Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel was located next to the beautiful park and made it easy to arrange a guided tour of the protected primeval forest. All in all a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel.

Very good location in the heart of Bialowieza Forest. The owner is a very kind person- I was coming after midnight and it wasn't a problem to check-in. The room was spacy and bed comfortable.

The owner is super kind, she gave us very useful pointers for exploring the area. She even agreed to store our luggage after we checked out!
