The shared spaces look amazing, super well kept and decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, central without it being right where all the tourists hang around.

Hotel is in nice location - very close to city center and to the bus or tram station. The room and the hotel itself are ok, although there are a lot of renovations around, so unfortunately you can't count on a nice view outside the window. Internet in the hotel is very poor, it is even impossible to use it. Additionally, the hotel does not have housekeeping, so you have to ask about everything at the reception (even toilet paper), which in case of a longer stay a bit tiring. Breakfast at the hotel was okay, although there wasn't much choice.
