I loved how clean the property was. Everything was consistently clean and hygienic. From the elevators, onsen, rooms themselves, and the lobby. The hotel is kept in great shape. I would also say the workers have absolutely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The "pods" were clean, quiet, and surprisingly comfy. There's plenty of storage space under the bed. Other guests were mostly silent and respectful of others. There is a washer and dryer on every floor, and I never had to wait to use it.

Cerulean tower had everything on paper.. There was technically nothing wrong with it. But for the price, we really expected a little more. We had no negative indicents. But it was not exceptional or "good". They accomodates checkin at 2PM instead of 3PM. Conceriege service was good. We expected "good" or "exceptional" for a price of 600 USD per night though.
