The location is excellent.
Easy walking distance to train station (where there is also a shuttle to the airport), the leaning tower and shops.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, our bags were stored safely after check out so we could explore the town some more.
Breakfast was included and very good.
The room was a little dated but personally felt that this adds to the hotel's charm so not an issue for me.

The location was fantastic, so convenient. Surprisingly not noisy at all. We enjoyed our breakfast coffee and bun in the cafe in the Piazza. Lovely tips and messages from the owner.

Valentina was a great host. She welcomed us and showed everything we know. She offered pushbikes for us to use which was a nice surprise. At our check out, she gave us lift to bus stop which was so helpful cz its about 15mins walk and our bags was heavy and was too hot to walk.
She may needed to go in town anyway but she waited for us which was kind. Definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to be a little out of town.
