The place in the middle of the nowhere, we stayed there at the beginning of June, most of the restaurants were closed, dirt on the roads was striking (plastic everywhere but not in bins...). Beach was quite nice only if you like pebbles.KrystianPoland

Groucery shop over the street. Bigger shop Spar is in Mascali, ab 2km away. From the Mascali you can take the bus or train to Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Be careful not to miss them in the evening or on the weekends, taxi is very expencive if you find it at all.RoopEstonia
