I spent 5 wonderful days at Capri Hotel. I lack words to thank everyone for their hospitality. Everything is perfect in this hotel. My room was great, quiet and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is very well located. I will definitely be back soon.

This is a friendly and accomodating hotel with great staff.
This is a friendly and accomodating hotel with great staff. We ate dinner in the hotel although the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30pm which was late for our baby so make sure you ask for baby's food to be served at 7:30pm prompt. The staff are happy to accomodate this.
Don't walk to the beach take the shuttle bus but watch the times and always be on time otherwise the driver gets annoyed!
Pool is good, poolside service is basic with limited drinks available.
Lunch at the beach is easy and the restaurant next to the private beach has a good menu.

Very good beach, with a choice between sand and rocks, clean sea.
A bit too crowded in August, difficult to find a parking space for the car. Good restaurants, a bit too standard meals. My favorites were "Locanda della Rosa", "Da Franca", "Caesar's", and "Trattoria Castello" at Diano Castello.

It's a surprisingly popular beach resort, given that there's absolutely nothing special about it - a small town with a sandy beach. All the beach is divided between owners, and everything is pre-booked so there's no chance for walk-in except for a small public section in the middle that *might* have a place by the end of the day. So you need to venture far to the outskirts of the beach zone, or drive to another town. Some restaurants in the town are not bad, but some are surprisingly not good, and generally it's an overcrowded unimpressive place.

There are sandy beaches and the sea is very shallow (okay, where we stayed, maybe not everywhere). So very good place for small children, we enjoyed it very much. But in mid-August all places in private beaches are sold out (note the cost is min. 20eur/day), you almost cannot find free public beaches (spiaggia libera), and if you do, they are all occupied, unless you come early. Well but that's Italy... for open and free beaches go anywhere else. Another inconvenience which is also national, is the siesta hours, between 2 and 6 pm you can eat nowhere! All in all, for us it was a good solution this year because of corona limitations to travel to other places.

A lovely hotel, and very friendly and welcoming staff.
A lovely hotel, and very friendly and welcoming staff.
Very comfortable and with very good food.
An extremely nice experience, and we would certainly stay there
again, and would wholeheartedly recommend to other travellers.
The biggest asset of Baia Bianca is its staff! Wonderful people work there who made my staying pleasant, chilled and joyfull (especially restaurant staff!). On the second place I would say food - tasty meals, for the entire week nothing repeated even once! That's really unique and the portions were huge! The location is perfect for beach, shopping, restaurants - the heart of the town but at the same time quite at nights. The rooms were cleaned everyday by the lovely ladies. The hotel promotes sustainable turism, which is also great!
Absolutely charming place. Our room was towards the street but for that incredibly quiet. From our bathroom we even had direct ocean view. The breakfast was simple but good. Parking is even with a roof. The nearby beach club that we could use was extremly convenient as this is usually additional charge in Italy. They served free water, towels, good music, etc.
We had a really good time.
GORGEOUS ,VERY CLEAN ,VERY FRIENDLY, FOODS WAS VERY GOOD ,NICE VIEWS FROM THE SEA ,YOU CAN SEE THE MORNING SUNSHINE AND SUNSET❤️❤️❤️THE ROOM IS VERY CLEAN AND NICE DIRECT VIEWS FROM THE SEA ,BIG BATHROOM ( GORGEOUS 💖💖🥰🥰 ) WE ARE VERY HAPPY, I GIVE 10 OR 20 STARS ,VERY CLEAN AND LOVELY HOTEL VILLA, WE WILL LOVE TO STAY MORE LONGER NEXT TIME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The hotel, overall, was clean, the staff there was very helpful. There’s a nice swimming pool outside and a small area for thalassotherapy, the restaurant is pretty pricey but expectable for a hotel restaurant. We had no complaints about the food, liked it even. The room was cleaned once a day.
Very good location, outside of the crowded town, on the hills surrounding Diano Marina, but at a short distance from the sea and the city center. Ideal also for excursions to the hills and small ancient towns around.
Breakfast was excellent, service impeccable, good cleaning
The staff was excellent and friendly, both in the hotel, restaurant, and beach area. The room was clean and tidy. The bed is big enough. The air conditioner worked quietly. Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed on the restaurant's sea-view terrace.
the hotel was in a good location for us and the price is worth the money spent. Room was normal, nothing exceptional. Staff is helpfull. possible to park the car in a small yard. breakfast not bad. usual Italian :) Close beach and walking area
Nice hotel on the hill above Diano Marina.
Very good breakfast. Great view from the terrace while enjoying breakfast. Very friendly owner who gives personal attention to the guests.
Great value, we enjoyed our time very much.
The staff was very nice. They are always keen to help you with anything.
The hotel has a private beach, where you get access to free of charge sunbeds and even beach towels.
Also the breakfast is one of a kind.
Great family operated hotel with awesome views over Diano Marina from the rooftop. spacious air conditioned rooms with balcony. great breakfast. parking for 10 euros a day on-site.
Great location with wonderful views. Hotel rooms don’t match online bookings. We booked family room but when we got there the room only fit 2 people. Had to book a second room.
